Registration & Personal Data

1. To process your order and contact you about it, please provide accurate information. If anything changes, you're welcome to update it or message us any time via the order lookup page — we'll assist as soon as possible.
2. If we find that false personal data was provided, or that an account was used for fraud, we reserve the right to suspend the account, deny further use, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
3. We handle your personal data in accordance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act — see our Privacy Policy for details. Please keep your account and payment information secure, never lend your account to a third party, and be cautious of unsolicited phone calls.

Online Shopping Service

1. Placing an order on this site means you agree to purchase the item and to abide by these transaction rules. If your personal details or the recipient's information need to change, please contact us via order lookup as soon as possible.
2. Please act in good faith and complete payment within the stated deadline. If payment is not received by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the order; repeated non-payment may result in account suspension and refusal to ship to your address.
3. We reserve the right to review and accept orders. If any issue arises with an order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
4. All purchases on this site are recorded electronically, and these electronic records are authoritative. If you believe a transaction record is incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can investigate.
5. Products purchased on this site are covered by the 7-day (including weekends/holidays) inspection period under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act. See our return policy for the return process once an item has been opened.
6. Washi tape and printed items are subject to varying manufacturer inspection standards. We strive to provide quality products, but ask that perfectionists refrain from ordering.
7. All outbound shipments are recorded on video. If an item is missing or short-shipped, please message us right away and we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or partial refund.
8. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers — we never handle or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVC.
9. Payment and convenience-store pickup are managed by their respective providers; please refer to each provider's own terms for details. Payment: Allpay, NewebPay, LINE Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Shipping & pickup: Chunghwa Post, SF Express, ezShip, and FamiPort.

Returns & Exchanges

1. To return an item within the 7-day inspection period after delivery, please contact us via the order lookup page to start the return process.
2. For returns made for personal reasons within the inspection period, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund after deducting shipping and assessing the item's condition.
3. Once an item has been opened during the inspection period and has lost its resale value, we cannot accept the return unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
4. If a receipt was issued, it must be returned with the item — returns without the receipt cannot be accepted.
5. We reserve the right to decline future orders from customers who return items frequently for personal reasons.

1. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, and not to use any device, technique, or software to interfere with the site's normal operation or place an unreasonable load on it.
2. We do not permit unauthorized commercial activity on this site, including posting or sending spam, chain letters, unauthorized multi-level marketing content or ads, or storing any material that infringes others' intellectual property or violates the law.
3. All software, images, and content on this site — including but not limited to graphics, product designs, text, files, information, data, page layout, and web design — are owned by this site or other rights holders, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and know-how. No one may use, display, modify, reproduce, broadcast, transmit, republish, adapt, distribute, publish, or reverse-engineer any of it without authorization. Violations will be pursued under copyright law and related regulations, and the violator will be liable for damages (including but not limited to litigation and attorney's fees).
